Becca and Troy are great friends of mine who live down in North Carolina. They are trying to adopt a baby. Check out their blog and you will get a glimse into the emense love they have to share.
Becca and I have been friend since our freshman year of college. She lived across the hall from me. I remember the first time I saw her, something just clicked and I knew we were going to be friends! Our lives seemed to be connected even though she was raised in Sunny California and I was raised everywhere but!We both left school and went on work prematurly. Then we supported each other on our missions, we left within weeks of each other. We got home within within weeks of each other and much to my delight my parents moved to VA during my mission and Becca moved to VA as well. Then we went on to travel, finished school, got cool office jobs in DC and we went through the pulling-your-hair-out-dating-men-frustration days together too. Finally, we were married in the same year.
Everything we did in our lives seemed to mirror the other. Except for when we began trying for children. Matt and I got pregnant right away and Becca and Troy did not. They tried and tried but it wasn't happening. With all the tests and proceeders and disappointments Becca kept a positive attitude and never once got angery with God. They both figured God had a plan for them and they were led to adoption.
