Father's Day came and went! We had a good one. Matt got spoiled! I made a huge breakfast of Scrapple, bacon, pancakes and home fries. Then Matt got his gifts. A shirt, tie and a gift card to his favorite golf course. Then he got to go back to bed since he stayed home with Peter from church. Peter is a little sick.
Okay, we are not gasing our son. Peter has RSV (Respiratory syncytial virus), it basically is a really bad cold. But it causes the body to produce a ton of mucus and it gets trapped in Peter's lungs. So he coughs a lot to try to get it up, but since he doesn't know to spit out what he coughs up he swallows it which causes him to spit up more because it upsets his tummy. So we have to put Pete on a nebulizer 4 times a day to try break down all the yucky stuff in his lungs. He is doing much better and we go to the pediatrican tomorrow to see if we have to continue his treatments. He hates the treatments as you can see from the picture.
Peter is very cute, I love this picture! He smiles so much these days!Yop'd never even know he is sick. He is just happy all the time!
I have been feeling under the weather the past few days so we have been doing a lot of sitting around. Pete even discovered the remote control! Oh boy, here it comes, the male need for gadgets has begun with my son! We are hanging in there. Today was my last day of work. From now on I will be working from home and that is another post entirly!

Yahoo! Last day of work! Sorry to see that Pete is sick. He'll be better in no time I bet. Now that you are done with work you will have to come visit us! Or visit Mom and Dad and we'll come too :)
Oh, poor little Peter. I hope he's feeling better now. Kids hate those nebulizers. Ethan has had bronchitis and has to use one too. It's not like it hurts - they just don't like something over their face! Hang in there. He's such a doll!
