I am enoying this so far and it is easy. So if you want to know more checkout the link. The very best thing about this method is that I can eat anything I want, BUT I don't want the same things I used to. Now I crave fruits and veggies more and not cake though I still struggle with cookies (they're my favorite) but I do eat less of them because one just seems to be enough these days( not like the 6 I used to eat).
