Bye bye fat pants

So, you think you can keep the secret all to yourself do you? Well, sorry to burst your bubble but I finally fingured it out. All I have to do is take two Tbles. of tasteless oil a day and i'll be just like you. Bye bye fat pants. Yes, I will eat right and avoid processed food (they don't even appeal to me anyway) and I will continue to excersise (I don't want my body to hate me in my 40's) but I now have the secret weapon, and i'm not afraid to use it!
It all began yesterday when my Mom-in-law told me about something she read in "Woman's World Mag". Could it be true?taking two tablespoons of tasteless oils one hour after I ate and one hour before I eat again will help me feel less hungry and lose interest in food? This I gotta try. It's called the Shangri-la Diet and a man by the name of Seth Roberts uncovered it. He tested it on himself and so will I.
I began yesterday. I took one tablespoon full at 9:30 am and then another at 2:30 giving me ample time between meals. Not much happened, I got fuller faster at lunch but by dinner time I was HUNGRY! I also got a killer headache.
Today I took the oil at 9:30am only I waited until an hour after to eat my first meal of the day. I ate a small serving of Kashi apples and cinnimon instant oatmeal and a tall glass of water and I was fine. I was hungry at lunch and ate only one helping of mexican lasagna and some apple cider and felt a little hungry after I finshed. But then I left the kitchen and I was again, fine. I took more oil at 2:30 and we'll see howI feel later tonight.
I'm going to weigh in at the gym tonight and begin to track my progress. We will see if this newly released secret weapon really works for me.
