Enjoy!!!

I am having so much fun this Christmas! I have been inspired by others who love holidays and love life to make this Christmas full of light and happiness. I have kept myself busy trying out knew ways to decorate as inexpensivly as possible. You will be AMAZED at what one can do with a bag of cotton balls and a needle and thread!With white computer paper I have made it snow on my walls. By purchasing a smaller tree I have  twinkle lights  left over that I have used to add sparkle to my nativity and color to my living room.
I made my own Christmas cards and even  some of my own envelopes. I have been working hard at keeping my home tidy and clean (within reason with a 3 yr old and 6 mth old) so that we feel better at home. Instead of buying Christmas CDs I turn on my Pandora Christmas channel.  You don't have to spend a ton to give your home some holiday cheer.

I love Christmas! I love that it comes at the end of the year so that we can reflect and make plans to do better. Yes, we don't always follow through with all the changes we would like to make but at least we recognize that we need to change. Then after each month goes by and we get closer to Christmas again we begin to remember how far we have come. We may not have fullfilled all of our goals, we may even think we have failed.  I don't believe that we have failed.  I feel  that we have become a little better even if we don't realize it. And a little better adds up.
Make sure you are able to enjoy the season and remember that you are a little better this year even if you don't think you are. You are because of the baby whose birth we celebrate.
