I fell asleep on the metro the other day. It's a nice feeling, like falling asleep in the car on a long car ride with the family. Everyone sleeping on top of the other.
Another thing happend on the metro that really bugges me. I was happliy riding along when an Asian man got on, he was wearing a nice balzer that had a cross on his lapel. He got on the train then he got out his hymn book and began to sing a Christmas Carol. Another man begins yelling at him and telling him to stop desturbing everyone. His yelling became louder than the his singing. Anoth gentleman approached the yelling man and told him to leave the singing man alone and that he was not bothering anyone.
What I should have done: I thien got up from my seat and went over to the singing man and began to sing with him. When others saw us they all began to sing as well and we had a lovley chorus of holiday cheer that made the yelling guy shut up and leave the train at the next stop.
What I really did: I sat there and let the man yell at the singing man. I sat in silence calling the yelling guy a jerk in my head but did nothing. I felt like the yelling man after, for I was just as bad because I just sat there. I did however enjoy the music and said I did when the man left the train after his song and I thanked him. All he said was, "have a blessed day".
