Life is a gamble, you never really can be sure what you are going to get. YOu invest so much time and money into somthing that could be all wrong for you, only to come up poorer the next time around and more in debt.
Actually i don't believe that. Anytime you invest time or money into something you want or a dream you want to come true, even if you end up empty handed, you always have new wisdom, or a new experience to add to your "Bank of Things Learned" you can draw from later. You may even end up in a new location closer to your happily ever after than you ever thought you'd be.
It's like that Kenny Rogers song, you have to know when to fold 'em, know when to hold 'em, know when to walk away, know when to fight.... you just need to know how take risks. I'm still learning that one.
